Basketball Recap: Goddard Takes a Loss

After soaring to 56 points the game before, Goddard was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They received a blow as they fell 48-29 to the Salina Central Mustangs. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.

Goddard now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Salina Central, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Goddard will be home for the holidays to greet Andover at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Salina Central, they will head out to take on Newton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
