Softball Recap: Oak Hill Takes a Loss

Oak Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 12-4 to the Sacred Heart Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 22-1 back in February.

Jodie Jowers was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Oak Hill's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Sacred Heart, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season.

Oak Hill will challenge Simpson at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sacred Heart, they will square off against Holy Savior Menard at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
