Softball Recap: Arrowhead Christian Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last four matchups, Arrowhead Christian finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They came up short against the Ontario Christian Knights, falling 12-2. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Arrowhead Christian saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emma Ebnit, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Arrowhead Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Ontario Christian, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-6.

While Arrowhead Christian had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
