The Elk Rapids Elks will challenge the Boyne City Ramblers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Thursday, Elk Rapids came up short against Roscommon and fell 2-0. The Elks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Boyne City also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Cheboygan by a score of 3-1. The Ramblers have struggled against the Chiefs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Elk Rapids now has a losing record of 9-10-1. As for Boyne City, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-8-3.
