Brookside kept a clean sheet against Keystone on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over the Wildcats. The result was nothing new for Brookside, who have now won five contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Keystone with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Parker Gabet (2), Cole Lapohn (2), Grayson Wright, and Zach Kelly.

The win made it two in a row for Brookside and bumps their season record up to 5-4. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those two matchups. As for Keystone, their loss dropped their record down to 0-12.

Looking ahead, Brookside will challenge Lorain at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Brookside will be up against Lorain's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.2 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Keystone, they have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Christian Community on the 22nd.
