Volleyball Recap: Orem Takes Down Ranked Farmington

Orem faced Farmington in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Orem walked away with a 2-0 victory over Farmington. That's more bragging rights for the Tigers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Will Brown paced Orem's offense, picking up eight kills. Brown got some help from Lucky Jennings and his 20 assists. Ben Hone controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Orem's win bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Farmington, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Orem wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Corner Canyon on the 21st. As for Farmington, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Mountain View on the 21st.
