Basketball Recap: Blackduck Comes Up Short

Blackduck and Bagley squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Blackduck had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Bagley Flyers 87-48. The Drakes just can't catch a break and have now endured 11 losses in a row.

Blackduck's defeat dropped their record down to 2-22. As for Bagley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-16.

Blackduck does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bagley, they will head out to take on Cass Lake-Bena at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bagley knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Cass Lake-Bena likes a good challenge.
