Softball Game Preview: Foothill Trojans vs. Ridgeview Wolf Pack

The Foothill Trojans will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against the Ridgeview Wolf Pack at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Foothill is headed into their home opener looking to turn things around after starting their season on the road. They fell 9-6 to Delano on Tuesday.

Foothill saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jassive Chavez, who went 1-for-4 with one home run.

Meanwhile, Ridgeview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Golden Valley, falling 13-2.
