Volleyball Recap: Mitchell Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Mitchell lost against Hendersonville back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mountaineers came up short against the Bearcats, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-17, 25-17.

Mitchell has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for Hendersonville, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Mitchell is set to challenge their familiar foe Polk County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Hendersonville will face off against rival Madison at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
