Baseball Recap: Hazel Green Picks Up Fifth Straight Win on the Road

Hazel Green had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Hueytown on Saturday. The Hazel Green Trojans were the clear victor by an 11-1 margin over the Hueytown Golden Gophers. While the Trojans didn't have the best season last year (they finished 14-26), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.4 runs over those games. As for Hueytown, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-6.
