Recap: Windsor Jaguars vs. Montgomery Vikings

The Windsor Jaguars had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 31.8 points), and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They blew past Montgomery 55-19 at home. The result was nothing new for Windsor, who have now won six contests by 24 points or more so far this season.

Several Vikings players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kristopher Adams, who picked up 78 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Windsor's victory was their fourth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 6-1-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 43.0 points per game. As for Montgomery, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.

Windsor will look to defend their home field on Friday against Analy at 7:00 p.m. Analy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 399th, while Windsor is ranked 124th). Montgomery does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
