Cicero-North Syracuse came out on top against Rome Free Academy on Tuesday thanks in part to Jeremy Palmer's efforts. Palmer wasn't messing around, pitching two innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. The pitching appearance was his fifth straight with two or fewer walks.
