Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Heavener). They beat the Keys Cougars by a goal, winning 3-2. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Heavener were the better team in the second half.

Heavener's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-6. As for Keys, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

Looking ahead, Heavener will challenge Regent Prep at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Keys, they will take on Cascia Hall at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cascia Hall's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Keys' offense will have their work cut out for them.
