Basketball Recap: Mt. Blue Takes a Loss

Mt. Blue lost against Nokomis back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mt. Blue Cougars lost 53-29 to the Nokomis Warriors. The Cougars' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it 11 in a row.

Mt. Blue's record is now 1-13. As for Nokomis, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-9.

When Mt. Blue and Nokomis next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Mt. Blue will challenge Lawrence and their 12-game winning streak at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Nokomis will try to stop Hampden's five-game winning streak when the meet at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
