Football Recap: Rocky Ford Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Rocky Ford extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 2-4. They were beaten by the Springfield Longhorns 62-20. The Meloneers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-12.

As for Springfield, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Coltin Woodhouse produced another solid performance rushing for 150 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, while also throwing for 161 yards and three TDs on only 11 passes. His passing game has become a key predictor of Springfield's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 1-2 otherwise.
