Basketball Recap: Altus Comes Up Short

Altus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 75-63 to the Marshall Bears. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 75-66 back in December of 2024.

Altus' record is now 2-17. As for Marshall, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Altus will take on Classen SAS at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Marshall, they will square off against Midwest City at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
