Basketball Recap: East Helena Comes Up Short

East Helena lost against Laurel back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The East Helena Vigilantes fell 48-39 to the Laurel Locomotives. The Vigilantes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

East Helena's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Laurel, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

East Helena has already played their next contest (against Lockwood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Laurel won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Billings Central Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
