Volleyball Recap: Clarksville Comes Up Short

Clarksville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They came up short against the Christian Academy Warriors, falling 3-0. If the Generals were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Warriors when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Clarksville took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-10, 25-12.

Clarksville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-22. As for Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season.

Clarksville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Crothersville on the 7th. As for Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Eastern on the 7th.
