The North Central Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They fell 55-44 to Montpelier. North Central has struggled against Montpelier recently, as their match on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Loss or not, North Central got some senior leadership from Joe Burt and Ben Pettit. Burt scored 16 points along with two steals, while Pettit. scored 15 points. It was the first time this season that Pettit scored 15 or more points.

Continental is coming into the game with seven straight losses on the road, meaning Montpelier will have to defend against a team hungry for a win.
