Baseball Recap: Markesan Takes a Loss

Markesan lost against Cambridge back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Hornets fell just short of the Bluejays by a score of 6-5. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Markesan now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Cambridge, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Markesan wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 7-1 victory against Rio on the 15th. As for Cambridge, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 11-1 win against Poynette on the 15th.
