Preview: Stevensville vs. Browning
Stevensville will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Browning at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Stevensville had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They took their contest against Polson last Friday 28-18.
Meanwhile, Browning might have drawn first blood against Corvallis last week, but it was Corvallis who got the last laugh. Browning took a 26-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of Corvallis.
Stevensville's win lifted them to 1-0 while Browning's loss dropped them down to 0-1. Browning's offensive line will need to gear up for a tough test against a Stevensville defensive front that amassed 3 sacks against Polson, so we'll see if they are up to the task.
