Baseball Preview: Northeast Eagles vs. Henry County Patriots
The Northeast Eagles will face off against the Henry County Patriots at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Having struggled with seven losses in a row, Northeast turned things around against West Creek on Thursday. They were the clear victor by an 11-1 margin over the Coyote. That ten run margin sets a new team best for the Eagles this season.
Jacob Donohue and Isaiah Robinson did most of the damage at the plate: Donohue went 2-for-3 with five RBI, two doubles, and one run, while Robinson scored two runs and stole Three bases. while going 2-for-3. They weren't the only ones working in the hit department: Northeast kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as West Creek only managed three hits.

Noah Harber looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.
At the plate, Levi Peale was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Peyten Littleton, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two RBI.
Northeast's win bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Henry County, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.
