Football Recap: Romeo Takes Down Ranked Dakota + How To Watch

Romeo faced Dakota in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Bulldogs strolled past the Cougars with points to spare, taking the game 39-20. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 42-7 win the Cougars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

The victory (which was Romeo's fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.0 points over those games. As for Dakota, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.

Romeo wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 45-9 victory against Sterling Heights Stevenson on the 10th. As for Dakota, they have also already played their next game, a 14-7 win against Utica Eisenhower on the 10th.
