Altamont typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday St. Anthony proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Altamont Indians by a score of 45-38. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 79th, while the Indians are ranked 280th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Altamont lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Kade Milleville, who went 6-for-13 on his way to 16 points. The contest was his fourth in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Cooper Mcmanaway, who went 5-for-12 to rack up 14 points.

The win made it two in a row for St. Anthony and bumps their season record up to 25-4. As for Altamont, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-12.

Looking ahead, St. Anthony will face off against Robinson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Altamont, they will take on Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
