Football Recap: Youngker Starts Season with Win at Home

Youngker took care of business in their home opener on Friday. They walked away with a 39-28 win over the Pueblo Warriors.

Youngker's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaiah Hargrove, who rushed for 154 yards. Larry Moore Jr did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 105 receiving yards.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Youngker is headed away from home for the first time to face off against Agua Fria at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pueblo, they will square off against Sunnyside at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
