Basketball Recap: Fordham Prep Falls Despite Big Games from Liam Farrell and Finbar Duffy + How To Watch

Fordham Prep lost against St. Edmund Prep back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rams took a 62-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles.

Fordham Prep's loss came despite strong showings from Finbar Duffy and Liam Farrell. Duffy went 7-for-13 to rack up 20 points in addition to six boards and four blocks, while Farrell shot 54% from the field en route to 15 points and seven rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, Farrell now owns an excellent 47.6% field goal percentage. Another player making a difference was Devlin Sharkey, who posted eight points.

Fordham Prep's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for St. Edmund Prep, they pushed their record up to 1-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fordham Prep will welcome Salesian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Edmund Prep, they will host St. Luke's at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
