Concord-Carlisle came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Newton South Lions. Concord-Carlisle's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Concord-Carlisle's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4-1. As for Newton South, their record is now 9-2-3.
