Softball Recap: Green Canyon Wolves vs. Sky View Bobcats

Green Canyon had lost five straight on the road, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 6-15 to make it six. They lost 16-1 to the Sky View Bobcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 back in March.

As for Sky View, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-13. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

For Sky View's part, Avaree Haramoto was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over four innings pitched. Haramoto was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March.
