Thousand Oaks took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Ventura Cougars with a sharp 3-0 win. The Lancers haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Thousand Oaks was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-18, 25-11.

Coincidentally, Thousand Oaks and Ventura will both be playing Royal the next time they take the court. The Cougars will head out to face the Highlanders at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Lancers will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
