Baseball Recap: Gulf Breeze's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

Gulf Breeze has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging four runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Monday. They lost 13-1 to the Blanchard Lions. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Dolphins couldn't push the score so high this time.

Gulf Breeze's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Blanchard, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.
