Volleyball Game Preview: Community Christian Academy Ambassadors vs. Jefferson Davis Academy Raiders

Community Christian Academy is 0-4 against Jefferson Davis Academy since August of 2022 but things could change on Tuesday. The Ambassadors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Raiders at 6:30 p.m. Community Christian Academy will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

If Victory Christian wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Community Christian Academy, they should've done a better job of containing Grace Jang. The Ambassadors blew past the Vikings 3-0 on Monday for which the team can thank Jang, who had eight digs and four aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served three or more in each of the last three games she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Community Christian Academy was: they took every set by at least 15 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-9, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Jefferson Davis Academy didn't have quite enough to beat Richard Winn Academy on Monday and fell 3-2.

Community Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 18-3. As for Jefferson Davis Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.
