Helena suffered their closest loss since March 1st on Thursday. They fell just short of the Brookwood Panthers by a score of 4-2. The Huskies' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Helena saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carrington Schiefer, who scored a run while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

Helena's loss dropped their record down to 19-9-2. As for Brookwood, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 26-11 record this season.
