Henderson is 7-0-1 against Sun Valley since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Warriors will square off against the Vanguards at 3:45 p.m. Sun Valley took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Henderson, who comes in off a win.

While Henderson's win against Unionville wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Warriors won by a goal and slipped past the Longhorns 2-1. Given Henderson's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 14th, while Unionville are ranked 95th) , the result on Tuesday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Sun Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 4-0 to Bishop Shanahan.

Henderson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those eight matches. As for Sun Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10-2.

Henderson took their win against Sun Valley in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 6-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
