The Loyola Academy Ramblers will square off against the Huntley Red Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Loyola Academy comes in on 27 and Huntley on 35.

Loyola Academy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They blew past Maine South 55-30. The Ramblers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 27 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led Huntley over Libertyville in every quarter on their way to victory on Thursday. Huntley came out on top against Libertyville by a score of 63-50.

Huntley's win was their 20th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 35-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.8 points. As for Loyola Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 33-2.

Loyola Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Huntley when the teams last played back in December of 2021, winning 36-27. Will Loyola Academy repeat their success, or does Huntley have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
