Alameda hasn't had much luck against Englewood recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. Alameda will head out to square off against Englewood at 6:30 p.m. Alameda is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.6 goals per game this season.

Alameda is headed into the match without a loss and will look to keep things rolling. They never let Bennett get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Friday. Alameda wouldn't have won without Kamila Castaneda, who scored the game-winner.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Englewood was forced to settle for a draw. They and Lake County finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Wednesday.

With that draw, Englewood's record moves to 2-1-1. As for Alameda, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0-1.

Alameda suffered a grim 6-0 defeat to Englewood in their previous meeting back in April of 2019. Can Alameda avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
