Volleyball Recap: Parkland Snags 11th Victory in Last 14 Games

With a playoff win on the line, Parkland rose to the challenge on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Pocono Mountain East Cardinals as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-10, 25-17.

Chloe Coonradt went supernova, getting 21 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Parkland has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-9-1 record this season. As for Pocono Mountain East, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-9-1.

Coming up, Parkland will square off against Freedom at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pocono Mountain East does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
