Volleyball Game Preview: Brush Beetdiggers vs. Frontier Academy Wolverines

The Brush Beetdiggers will take on the Frontier Academy Wolverines at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Friday, Brush didn't have quite enough to beat Yuma and fell 3-2.

Brush couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Yuma a tough time in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-19, 25-10, 31-33, 15-10.

Meanwhile, Frontier Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Valley.

Frontier Academy was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Valley work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-11, 25-15.

Brush's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Frontier Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.
