Volleyball Recap: Thursday's Victory Is Chrisman's Fifth in Last Six Outings + How To Watch

Chrisman won the last time they faced Oakwood and things went their way on Thursday too. The Cardinals walked away with a 2-0 win over the Comets.

While Chrisman won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-23.

Despite the loss, Oakwood still got an impressive performance from Bella Martin, who had 20 digs. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Hart, who had 15 digs and one assist.

Chrisman is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-6 record this season. As for Oakwood, their defeat was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-10.

Chrisman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Casey-Westfield on the 27th. As for Oakwood, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Milford on the 30th.
