Basketball Recap: Carver Comes Up Short

Carver's tournament run continued when they took on DuSable on Tuesday. The Challengers fell 75-68 to the Panthers.

DuSable found their leader in sophomore Tyshawn Burns, who posted 30 points. Robert LaRue was another key player, putting up ten points.

Carver's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for DuSable, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Carver didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 47-46 victory against Chicago Military Academy on the 26th. As for DuSable, they have also already played their next contest, a 50-47 loss against Englewood Stem on the 26th.
