Columbus Christian not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 7, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They blew past Fortune Academy 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Crusaders also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Columbus Christian took every set by at least 16 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-2, 25-7, 25-9.

Columbus Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Columbus Christian will welcome Brown County at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th. As for Fortune Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Legacy Christian at 5:30 p.m. on the 25th.
