Volleyball Game Preview: Pisgah Dragons vs. Ethel Tigers + How To Watch

The Pisgah Dragons will venture away from home to square off against the Ethel Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Pisgah sitting on four straight wins and Ethel on 20.

On Tuesday, Pisgah made easy work of Southeast Lauderdale and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Pisgah walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-18, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Ethel got the win against Nanih Waiya on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

Ethel not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Nanih Waiya between 16 and 19 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 25-17.

Ethel's victory bumped their record up to 20-0. As for Pisgah, their win bumped their record up to 15-7.

Pisgah couldn't quite get it done against Ethel when the teams last played back in August as they fell 2-0. Can the Dragons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
