Preview: Trinity Collegiate Titans vs. Camden Military Spartans

The Trinity Collegiate Titans are on the road again on Thursday and plays the Camden Military Spartans at 6:30 p.m. on February 8th. Trinity Collegiate has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Even though Heathwood Hall Episcopal scored an imposing 58 points on Tuesday, Trinity Collegiate still came out on top. Trinity Collegiate secured a 64-58 W over Heathwood Hall Episcopal.

Trinity Collegiate's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jy?ell Preston led the charge by scoring 14 points along with six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Preston has scored all season. Jae Thomas was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.

Meanwhile, Camden Military's recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Tuesday after their sixth straight loss. They took a 63-46 bruising from Wilson Hall. That's two games in a row now that Camden Military has lost by exactly 17 points.

Trinity Collegiate's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-9. As for Camden Military, they dropped their record down to 1-11 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Everything came up roses for Trinity Collegiate against Camden Military in their previous matchup back in February of 2023 as the squad secured a 82-32 win.
