Softball Recap: Central Magnet vs. Tullahoma Wildcats
After flying high against Shelbyville Central last Friday, Central Magnet came back down to earth. Central Magnet came up short against the Tullahoma Wildcats on Tuesday, falling 13-3. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Central Magnet of the 11-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Paige Simmons made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-3. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Megan Weber was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
