West Central hadn't beaten Canton on the road since October 1, 2019 but that history sure didn't bother them on Saturday. The Trojans walked away with a 2-0 win over the C-Hawks. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

West Central is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. As for Canton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-17.

Coming up, West Central will square off against Garretson at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Canton, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Elk Point-Jefferson on the 18th.
