Trico waltzed into their match on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Christopher Bearcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 two weeks ago.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Trico took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-14.

Trico can attribute much of their success to Rylie Robinson, who had four digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Robinson a new career-high.

Trico's win bumped their record up to 25-6. As for Christopher, they dropped their record down to 5-17 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Trico has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Johnston City on the 16th. As for Christopher, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Vienna on the 16th.
