Everything went their way against Santa Cruz on Friday as Scotts Valley made off with a 40-20 win. Given the Falcons' advantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 320th, while the Cardinals are ranked 1002nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
