If Blair wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Platteview, they should've done a better job of containing Owen Trofholz. The Trojans came out on top against the Bears by a score of 51-40 on Friday with plenty of help from Trofholz, who dropped a double-double with 30 points and 14 rebounds. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 9.2 boards per game.

Blair's loss came despite strong showings from Hayden Daggett and Brevin Leggott. Daggett posted 15 points and three steals, while Leggott had nine points.

Platteview's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Blair, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Platteview has already played their next contest, a 60-59 loss against Gross Catholic on the 13th. As for Blair, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 69-46 win against Boys Town on the 13th.
