New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly fell victim to Olympia and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 15-0 to the Spartans. The defeat leaves the Vipers still looking for their first win of the season.

New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Olympia, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 8-2-1.

New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 14-1 defeat against Auburn on the 15th. As for Olympia, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-6 loss against Williamsville on the 15th.
