Baseball Recap: Dawson Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Dawson's offense. They fell just short of the Mart Panthers by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Dawson saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Curtis Oldenburg, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Dawson's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Mart, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Dawson beat the Panthers by a score of 12-7 on Thursday.
