Belle Plaine won the last time they faced Cannon Falls and things went their way on Saturday too. The Tigers won by a run and slipped past the Bombers 3-2.

Belle Plaine has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That lines up perfectly with their 18-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Cannon Falls, they dropped their record down to 9-13 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Belle Plaine has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Fairmont on the 23rd. Cannon Falls does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
